At TSA, Craig led covert testing programs and national initiatives that helped reshape frontline detection, improving field training for over 40,000 personnel and building tactics that became nationwide standards. His work included designing reference tools that cut operational time by 74% and became agency-wide best practices.

At Amazon, Craig helped launch the largest aviation security team in the world. He developed threat-based training adopted across North America, created behavior-driven post orders, and supported large-scale SOC builds integrating procedures, staffing, and real-time decision support — all while maintaining a flawless TSA compliance record and saving over $3.2 million in infrastructure costs.
